NOTE TO ALL GYM USERS:

WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER / CLOSED SEASON AND SESIONS WILL START AGAIN ON MONDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER. Have a great summer and be sure to stick to your training even though you are not in the gym. We look forward to seeing you in the new season when MFABC will be hosting their 1st boxing show.

MFABC happily welcomes anyone to train with us regardless of Gender or Ability. We are currently training juniors from the ages of 11 - 18 [although we can except younger / older in special cases]. Boxing is an excellent way to develop your fitness levels and release tension at the same time. Our gym is extremely friendly and welcomes anyone to come down, have a look around and meet the team.

As a community based boxing club our aim is to bring 'Boxing to the Community'. Through our partnership with Hockwell Ring ABC and the Marsh Farm Community Development Trust (MFCDT) alongside a lot of hard work from Martin Isles we aim to make this happen, bringing affordable and accessible boxing tuition to the estate of Marsh Farm and its surrounding areas. For more info contact us or visit the Development trusts website here.

We have recently introduced a new boxing & fitness session aimed at kids who may wish to use boxing as a route to fitness. This class is suitable for those who may enjoy boxing although do not wish to get in the ring or alternatively are younger than 11 or simply new to the sport.  Any newcomers who DO wish to box should attend this session on a Friday evening at 6pm as it is used as Intermediate class to determine a boxers ability & fitness levels.
